Coaches are professionals who manage clients, track their progress, and provide coaching services. Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications and the quality of guidance they provide.
Clients are individuals who use the platform to track their measurements, use fitness tools, and work with coaches. Clients are responsible for consulting healthcare professionals before beginning any fitness program.
You may delete your account at any time through your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Use the platform for its intended purpose: tracking measurements, using fitness calculators, managing payments, connecting with coaches or clients, and managing your fitness journey.
Coaches must represent their qualifications honestly, provide appropriate guidance, and maintain professional relationships with clients. Misleading claims about credentials or results are prohibited.
All platform communications should be respectful and professional. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users will not be tolerated.
Do not upload, share, or promote content that is harmful, illegal, threatening, defamatory, or violates others' rights. This includes dangerous fitness advice that could cause injury.
Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform. Automated access, data scraping, or interfering with other users' experiences is prohibited.
Do not impersonate others, create fake accounts, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or relationship with the platform.
You retain ownership of data you enter (measurements, calculator results, etc.). By submitting data, you grant us a license to store and process it as necessary to provide our services.

When you share data with a coach or make information public, you control that sharing through your settings. Understand what information is visible before connecting with others.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. We will communicate significant changes that affect your use of the service.
Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for paid services will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.
